Very poor quality mixer grinder, the jar body, wire, & other components are of very poor quality, the customer service is also very poor, it took almost two weeks to resolve my issue, the product comes with a 2 year warranty, but I don't know whether it will even last for one year, i did not expect this kind of product from a reputed mixer grinder brand like Preethi, i should have gone for another brand at this price point, very disappointed with the product.
